Orders cannot be cancelled with less than 24hrs left for the food pickup/delivery. The amount paid will not be refunded.

Cancellations made for orders 24hrs before the delviery/pickup will be refunded to the customer.

Food to be consumed within two (2) hours from the time of pick-up. Our food items are prepared to ISO 22000 and HACCP standards.
