Full payment to be settled online 24hrs prior to the food pickup/delivery.

Orders cannot be cancelled with less than 24hrs left for the food pickup/delivery. The amount paid will not be refunded.

Cancellations made for orders 24hrs before the delviery/pickup will be refunded as credit on the customer's account. The customer can use this for the next order.

Food to be consumed within two (2) hours from the time of pick-up. Our food items are prepared to ISO 22000 and HACCP standards.
